When signing up you were sent a unique username & password combination via email. Please keep that email for future reference. Your login is valid for as long as your subscription lasts. When your subscription expires so does your login and you will no longer be able to access the members area.

If you have entered your username and password incorrectly consecutive times our system might block you for 15 minutes in order to fend off website attackers. Please double-check your username and password, then try again after the block has worn off.

If you forgot your login credentials, have problems logging in and believe this to be in error, please file a ticket here. Our support department will get right back to you.
